5+ years of meaningful work experience in marketing.Because of the nature of live virtual events, the candidate is encouraged to always have contingency plans and react fast to unexpected changes within the role. This individual can QA and fine tune each result to the highest possible standard. The role requires outstanding time management and interpersonal abilities! The candidate has an eye for details and always puts customers first. This person has extensive hands-on experience coordinating virtual events and driving cross-functional campaigns. The program manager will be responsible for web updates and build landing pages for webinar and other demand generation campaign components. Leading the logistics of the virtual event execution and promotion. The person in this role will drive the process of selecting presentation topics, reviewing marketing messaging, preparing presenters and moderators for the live presentations, and evaluating the programs for further improvement. This person will work and collaborate with several of Elastics’ marketing functional groups, partners, and 3rd party vendors to deliver webinars that drive awareness and generate leads for our market. This position will lead strategy and execution for AMER virtual events, a program that educates tens of thousands of customers and prospects each month. The Elastic growth marketing team is looking for someone who is passionate about delivering engaging virtual event experiences, online education, and digital marketing, enjoys interacting with collaborators and customers, and possesses outstanding user experience judgment and a sense of ownership!
